Wet rooms are a type of open-plan and fully sealed and tanked type of shower room arrangement and design concept. Where all the flowing water is led towards your drain situated within the floor area and the whole of the room is tanked, 100% waterproof sealed.
A walk-in type of shower is best explained as having a plastic shower tray set-up and numerous screens that are placed around the tray area. This is just a simple guide and there are many variations to this explanation

• Do you want a fully tiled floor or laminate floor installed?
• Do you want a separate shower?, bathroom, wet room or ensuite or a family type of bathing area?
• Do you want heated towel rails?, plumbed in? concealed lighting, high-end fittings?
• What kind of design and look are you after achieving as your end goal?
• Do you want high-end expensive bathroom fittings or a budget range of fittings?

Can you see where I'm going with all this?. It really is almost impossible to quote a price of a bathroom over the phone and also not very good practice to issue fixed priced quotes until we know all the variables and full bathroom requirements of a client Please be very wary and also avoid bathroom salesmen who make false promises to supply and fit a bathroom after giving you a set price over the phone!. Because once they do eventually visit your property I can almost guarantee that the original price they quoted you will not stand and most certainly will increase!

I think that it's extremely important, to be better safe than sorry when going about taking on the services of a bathroom supply and fit company. To be honest, if the company or people that you employ are not up to scratch and knowledgeable in this trade, there could be so many parts that could go wrong if not addressed correctly by an experienced tradesman. if you do choose to use a less accomplished bathroom fitter or indeed a cowboy type fitter who pretends to be an expert at everything, then you are asking for trouble somewhere along the line. We hate to see anyone in the clutches of these chancers. We have seen some really bad workmanship throughout our years in the trade, which includes leaking plumbing, faulty gas engineer work and some unbelievable very dangerous electrical work. I think I have painted a good picture of what to expect if these unscrupulous have their way by using inferior materials. If you are approached by anyone that offers you fitted bathroom at an unbelievable price then I assure you that there is usually a catch. My motto has always been buying cheap and you will most likely be buying twice. Trust a professional only like Premium Bathrooms of Doncaster and have bathroom fitters that you can trust and have everything done properly from day one!
